Based in Prague, available across Europe and worldwide. We send hostesses to international trade fairs, concierges to accompany executive trips and guide-interpreters to travel with business delegations.
Packages & Rates
Rates are per service and include the team member's time, briefing and our coordination. Entrance fees, transport and meals on assignment are billed at cost.

Prices excl. 21 % VAT. EUR values are indicative at 25 CZK/EUR. Groups over 8 people and multi-day events are quoted individually.

Careers
We hire multilingual hostesses, concierges and licensed guides on a freelance or part-time basis. Applicants must be 18 or older, hold a valid work permit for the EU and speak at least two languages fluently. Send your CV and languages to jobs@carryon-companions.cz (placeholder).
FAQ
For guides and concierge, 3–5 days is usually enough. For trade-fair teams we recommend 3–4 weeks, as the big fairs fill up quickly.
Yes. Our team works across Europe and worldwide, mainly for trade fairs, business delegations and executive travel. You pay the daily rate plus travel and accommodation at cost; travel days are billed at half the daily rate.
Our Prague city guides hold a guide qualification and are trained in the history and architecture of the routes they lead. Day-trip drivers are licensed for passenger transport.
Yes. Choose a preferred team member in the booking form. If they are unavailable we suggest someone with the same languages and specialties.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start. After that, 50 % of the fee is charged; for event staff bookings the terms in your quote apply.
We provide professional hospitality, event and guiding services only. Personal or intimate services of any kind are excluded, and requests of that nature end the booking without refund.
Private clients pay by card or bank transfer before the assignment. Companies receive an invoice with 14-day payment terms.
Code of conduct
Our team members work as professionals under clear rules: a written brief for every assignment, working hours as booked, and the right to end any assignment if a client behaves inappropriately. This protects our staff and ensures the quality our clients expect.
